Create a Trouble Ticket for the faults occur. · Work closely with the operations team for the speedy diagnosis and fault rectification. · Special attention to the recurring complaints, Root Cause Analysis of customer Complaints to give a permanent solution and achieve customer satisfaction. · Routine O&M activities and troubleshooting procedures to ensure zero downtime. · Alarm management, preventive and corrective maintenance of all kinds of faults. · Involved in configuration management, performance and traffic analysis, Route Cause Analysis, Number analysis, Performance Counter, Exchange Data. · Immediate action in case of any Digital Path or C7 signaling link failure and get them resolved by coordinating with the NNOC, ILD carriers (i.e. Verizon, MCI, Sprint, British telecom…etc) & Field engineers. Handling call related problems with ILD Carriers as well as with POIs BSNL/MTNL, Inter ILT, MSC and POI s routing analysis as well as signaling.
