User Agreement
ITC is a neutral party and cannot be held liable. Please exercise
caution and careful judgment when dealing with others users.
Provide accurate information, including contact information, to ITC.
Submit accurate and professional proposals.
Do not post any contact information such as URL, email, phone, fax or
other details that
would enable a user of this site to contact you outside this site in profiles, proposals or private
message boards except
on the user registration page and unless you have won a project.
Deliver to ITC buyers the work you indicate in your proposal or
private message boards (Forum.)
Do not circumvent the ITC fees.
Invoice the buyer for all ITC projects through ITC's billing and
payment system.
