Bulk Uploader
This powerful tool allows advanced users to list a large amount of projects at once. You merely create a CSV file (typically in Microsoft Excel) with a row with the properties for each auction. Based on your own configuration options, Bulk Uploader will generate a sample file that you can download. This file will contain the necessary headings and samples of what kind of data should be in each cell. You can create the CSV file offline, and just come to the site to upload all of your projects at once without having to go through the step-by-step process each time.

AutoRelist
This feature allows you to automatically relist your auction for a certain number of times if they close unsuccessfully.

Bulk Relist
This feature allows you to manually relist a large number of auctions with one click of a button.

Auctioneer Marketplace
In this area power listers are featured with a short profile and a link to their current projects. This allows new bidders to see some of the most trustworthy listers on our site.

Highlight Option
Highlighting is one of several options you can choose to make you listings stand out. You can even choose a color you want to use for highlighting.

Withdraw Option
If for some reason your project is no longer available, you can easily withdraw the auction. At the click of a button, the auction will be closed and the current high bidder will automatically receive an email notifying withdrawal of that auction.

User Ratings and Feedback
To allow users to feel more secure about who they might be dealing with, users can rate and leave feedback on each other. Our public comment system encourages honesty and fair deals since problem users are quickly exposed. Since users are only permitted to rate and comment on other users with whom they have conducted a transaction, artificially inflated ratings are avoided.

Automatic Activity Email
We keep you informed of auction activity in auctions you have posted. You receive status emails to keep auction participants reminded of what you have active on our site.

Special Views
ITC Auction provides a number of views, or ways you can look through all the projects that have been posted. This makes it easy for site visitors to find projects of interest to them.

Gallery View
The Gallery view allows you to find only auctions that have images associated with them.

Multiple Views Within Categories
You can choose a filter to display certain results within a category: New, Current, Closing Today, Last Chance, Closed, Featured and Premiere.

Searching the Auction Database
ITC Auction provides comprehensive search functionality and is more powerful than ever. You can search with multiple keywords either within a category that interests you or else within the entire auction database. You can search for items by many fields and you can specify as many or as few of these fields as you want. You can include all the active auctions posted by a particular user.

Special and Additional Icons
Icons help projects stand out. There is a HOT icon for auctions that have a lot of bidding activity. There is a PICTURE icon for auctions that have an image attached to them.

Ease of Use
The process of posting a project is designed to be highly intuitive. Even completely inexperienced users find it simple to post an auction and upload images.

Comprehensive Help
ITC Auction is easy to use. Since certain options or terminology might not be clear to new users, pop-up help windows are used extensively throughout the auction's user interface for added guidance. By clicking on the help links conveniently located next to a user option, you will see a pop up window with an explanation. A Buyer's Guide and a Seller's Guide are also provided to help you familiarize yourself with how the online auctions work.

Account Management
You can manage your own account details, and make changes to phone numbers, email addresses, etc. You can also update and change your billing information (new card expiration dates, change accounts, etc).

Easy Image Uploading
ITC Auction allows you to upload images for your auction directly to our server. This option is seamlessly integrated into the auction posting interface. You do not need your own place to store and host those files.

Thumbnail Creation
When you upload images, thumbnails are automatically generated to make them stand out in different listing views.
