Sample Proposal (B2B) Version #1

Dear Mr. Anderson,

I'm contacting you in respect of your project enquiry dated ___. The project was referred to as three-tiered client server architecture in Java that will use UDP as the communication protocol.

Please find below the analysis and man-hour estimate for this project made by our experts.

Analysis

We have already developed in Java a multi-tier architecture for UDP communications in the past and we have a prepared set of design patterns that will allow us to implement this project in two weeks.

Estimation

The preliminary Estimation for this project is $2480.

Payment schedule

We suggest the following payment schedule: 50% of the contract amount upon delivery and acceptance of working application prototype; the rest of funds (50%) upon delivery and acceptance of the final version of the application (including source code, hand-off documentation and other deliverables).

Of course, we are open to discuss any other payment options that might suit your needs better.

I will be glad to answer any further questions that you may have.

Best regards,
