As soon as you have registered, you can bid on projects. Once you have selected a project or projects, you will be taken to the project response page. The form area requires that you review and respond to the qualification criteria, and allows you to submit a quote, a range, request additional information, and provide a pricing explanation. The form also provides a space for any additional information you would like to provide to the client.
