Global K ‘s fees vary from
country to country and from contractor to contractor, depending upon the
contractor’s personal circumstances and the location / duration of the
contract.
In all cases, our fee
covers all services provided both in the UK and overseas and incorporates
additional requirements relating to your employment, such as employer's and
public liability insurance, and professional indemnity insurance.
Our philosophy is not to
provide a “one size fits all” solution. We have a number of different
solutions, and accordingly our overheads vary from country to country
depending on the input we need from local tax and legal experts, which
itself can vary widely as regards the different compliance obligations
placed upon us.
However, we are realistic,
and we realise that we need to obtain a minimum fee to break-even.
Therefore, in situations where contract rates are exceptionally high we will
often be open to negotiations on the level of our fees, and also, where a
number of contractors decide to join us from the one location then we will
take that into account when negotiating the fees we quote.
We do not pretend to be the cheapest option on the market (nor are we the
most expensive), however our aim is to provide an honest, friendly and
competent service, maximising the contractor’s return at what we perceive to
be a reasonable and competitive price for the quality of service we provide.
