1) Senior Web Developer

Will operate as right hand to the Project Manager to develop sensible solutions to plan with a focus on maximizing profits. Company is small and privately owned.

Pay rate is $43-50/hour; position is temp-to-perm with the likelihood of rolling perm in 3 months; salary range when perm is $70-82K. Company offers 401k, 2 weeks vacation, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield health benefits active upon 1st date of permanent employment. Bonus plan is 5-10% of annual salary.

Required:

• excellent written and oral communication skills
• must be technically savvy, yet have strong business acumen
• 6+ years of experience with the following: VB, VBScript, XML, XSL, ASP, SQL 2000
• demonstrated ability to develop that will be tested at first interview
• 4 year degree (CSI, CS, MIS, technical engineering, math, or physics)
• demonstrable recent experience with the above technologies
• must be client focused and sensitive to deadlines

Preferred:

• technical graduate degree with business undergraduate degree

2) Senior Database Developer

Will write stored procedures for same company; same pay structure as above

Requirements:

• 6+ years experience

• SQL 2000

• data design/ data structure

• 4 year degree (same as above)

• must be client focused and sensitive to deadlines

Interview process is as follows:

• viable candidates will be send technical test to complete at home 3-4 days before physical interview; will involve describing architecture of requirements

• 1st interview: 5 hours to include- 2 hour technical screening; will include writing ASP code

• 2nd interview: with VP of HR
