Renaissance Systems Technology (RST), a business enterprise of ASG Renaissance, provides clients with a wide-array of leading edge IT business solutions. Our capabilities include: web development, application development, information systems, technical consulting, packaged solutions, and technical staffing.

RST is seeking a highly motivated, commission only, independent sales representative to sell and market our Information Technology services. Emphasis will be on business-to-business selling to new and prospective accounts. Objective is generating new revenue by finding new customers and prospecting new accounts, calling and visiting them to determine their IT needs and offering solutions.

Duties include:

Identify prospects utilizing creative lead generation techniques. Aggressively pursue new business opportunities within identified accounts. Present sales presentations and proposals to prospects, identifying positive features and advantages of our services over those of the competition. Close sales, which result in profitable new revenue for RST. Retain, develop, and service newly developed accounts as deemed appropriate.

Ideal candidates will possess the following: Proven history of incremental growth in direct sales. Candidates must have a solid understanding of technology products and the ability to carry a sale from inception to closure. Ability to identify and cold-call potential new customers. Existing relationships with potential customers with the ability to bring these contacts into RST. Flexible style “do what it takes” approach. Aptitude for problem solving; ability to determine solutions for customers.

Sales Representatives will be well compensated for their referrals on a percentage of gross margin. Income potential is unlimited. There is NO base salary, please do not apply if you are seeking a base salary.
