Help Desk Tier II

Job_Description

A mid-sized Washington, DC law firm located in Georgetown seeks a Help Desk Tier II candidate with previous help desk experience. This is a hands-on position that require the candidate to work with end-users on a day to day basis, complete new user orientation, and complete special projects. Prefer Bachelors degree and previous law firm experience, but it is not required. The candidate must have knowledge with the following programs: • Microsoft Office • Visio • Word Perfect • Windows XP • Netware • Windows Server • Antivirus Tools • Internet Explorer • SPYWare Tools • Adobe Acrobat • DeltaView • Interwoven • Metastorm • FileSurf • Interaction • CompuLaw • FERCLabel • Citrix Desktop • Groupwise Web • Interwoven Web • Blackberry 8700, 8800, 8820 • DELL Workstations & Web Interface • Cisco Telephone & Web Interface • Cisco Unity Voicemail • Workstation and Laptops • Projector • Bill Back • True Edit • File Compression Benefits include health, dental, 401(k), and pension plan.
