The solution architect proactively establishes and maintains contacts with chief architects and Service managers/engineers in the field in different business lines in Professional Services BU, extracts serviceability requirements and supports a team of service engineers in translating these requirements to technical requirements to be provided to system architects within the R&D in product lines. The solution architect establishes and maintains contacts to the product business unit R&D, pushing and tracking the progress of the requirements throughout the product creation process. Requirements: 1. Fluent written and spoken English 2. Masters or higher degree in Telecom or IT 3. 8 -12 years experience in telco or IT industry 4. High-level understanding of telecom network system architectures 5. Experience from IT services sector is a benefit 6. Knowledge of SOA, SaaS and BPM
