CTS-Bangalore Exciting Openings for Information Security Analyst (Job Code-CTS056) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hi Greetings from Cosmic We Have exciting openings for TOP MNC -Cognizant Technology Services Cognizant employs more than 55,500 people , http://www.cognizant.com Position:- Information Security Analyst (Job Code-CTS056) Location - Bangalore Experience : 7-10 years ,Relevance exp: 3-5 yrs Qualification : MCA,BE, B.Tech,Diploma or Equivalent in any discipline of Engineering (full time a must) Roles & Responsibilities:- • Will act as the initial point of contact for all security events and incident response activities. • Responsible for initial analysis, research, and triage of information security events as well as incident detection, containment, eradication, remediation, and prevention. • Will work closely with the Incident Response Coordinator(s), Information Security Management, the Investigations/Forensics team, as well as many other IT and application teams Skills Required - :- • At least 7 to 10 years of general Information-Security experience is required with at least 3 to 5 of those years spent performing vulnerability scans and incident handling. • Perform vulnerability assessments using available tools, knowledge of CVEs key. • Conduct in depth analysis and metric generation based on VA scan data • Track vulnerability mitigation across IDS • Perform VA scanner log review and analysis • Assist with the integration of client security tools to determine a big picture vulnerability status • Track / trend / design solutions for Information Assurance related initiatives to enable a metrics driven approach to incident avoidance. Technical and professional skills :- 1) Advanced level knowledge of Incident Response processes and best practices 2) Intermediate level knowledge of security monitoring tools including Security Event Management (SEM). 3) Intermediate knowledge of Windows and *NIX platforms and/or Networking Intermediate level knowledge of security technologies including: Anti Virus, IDS/IPS, Firewalls,Web Filtering and Data Exfiltration systems 4) Basic level knowledge of security and information gathering tools like nmap, nessus, nslookup, traceroute, hping, wireshark, tcpdump, netcat, netstat, nbtstat, etc 5) Basic Vulnerability and Threat analysis skills 6) Must be well organized and possess excellent interpersonal, customer service, communication, and documentation skills 7) Knowledgeable of the latest in security trends and industry resources such as CERT, SANS, D-Shield, etc. 8) Demonstrated ability to work well as a team and independently and exercise superior judgment with minimal supervision 9) Experience with programming/scripting (PERL, JAVA, C, C++, SQL and DB2) is desirable 10) Sound understanding of TCP/IP Certification: • CISCO certifications preferred- CCSP,CISSP, If interested,pls apply for the relevant opening with the following details &your profile in word document. 1.Current Company ,Current location: 2.Current CTC : 3.Expected CTC: 4.Notice Period: 5.Contact details: 6.Total experience and relevant Experience: 7.Profile in WORD format: 8.Qualification:(FullTime/PartTime): A)Year of Passout: B)Aggregate Marks in %: C)University: D)DOB: E)Passport Details: Thanks & Regards, Sireesh Cosmic Consultants, Bangalore. 98804-17381 Email- sireesh@cosmicconsultantshr.com
