Experience :0 - 2 Years Qualification : Any Academic Degree with Computer Background. Role: PHP, MYSQL, Javascript, HTML, AJAX, IIS, Apache. Must have good logical and object oriented programming Knowledge. Role: Photoshop , Dreamweaver, XHTML, CSS and Flash. Must have Creative and Innovative Design skills. Skills: The applicant should be a team player and must possess good communication skills. Ability to collaborate and work well in a teamed environment should be aggressive enough to learn new technologies and work under pressure and stringent deadlines. Should have to take responsibility to develop websites/ Web Applications using Open Source Content Management Systems Should be well versed with OS: Linux/ UNIX, Windows (LAMP and WAMP) Should have sound knowledge of Object Oriented Programming (OOPS) concepts with Smarty and AJAX. Good experience in Database design and Normalization. Should be an expert in graphic designing especially using Adobe Photoshop for Web Designers.
