Please find below the requirement specifications: Design for Test (DFT)Engineer// Sr. Engineer// Lead// Manager • Design-for-Test (DFT)/ Automatic Test Pattern Generation (ATPG) applications such as Test Insertion, Test Analysis, Automatic Test Pattern Generation and Manufacturing Diagnostics. • Skills in logic design, simulation of digital logic and Synthesis would be preferred. For positions Lead and Manager prior people management exposure is essential. Please note that the roles and responsibilities varies with years of experience and positions applied .
