This includes preparing Gate in Challan and Gate out Challan for Import Loaded In Cntrs., Empty Containers & Export Loaded Out Containers. Survey of Import Loaded and Empty Containers before entering CFS. Preparing Inward and Outward Agent wise report for Import , Empty & Export Movement. Delivery Of Destuff And Loaded Containers. Includes checking of documents viz. B/L , BE & Delivery Order , Issuing seal cutting , Issuing Custom Examination Tally Sheet , Surveying the cargo and container while destuffing Cntr. Preparing delivery gate pass for Destuff and Loaded delivery. LCL Destuff And Delivery Of Cargo Includes placing of LCL containers at destuffing point , Destuffing LCL Containers as per IGM and giving Delivery of Cargo after checking documents. Buffer Activities Taking Buffer Containers In CFS , Taking Custom endose of documents , Giving export movement to transporter & keeping track on movement. Carting And Stuffing Of Cargo Looking after Carting , Preparing carting report , Measuring Cargo , Stuffing Cargo in Container as per plan given by agent , Preparing CLP , Bringing Custom Seal , Giving movement of Stuffed containers to transporter and keeping track on movement. Preparing Daily Report & Doing Data Entry I.e. Daily Mty Yard Balance Report & Daily Import Loaded Yard Balance Report. These reports are prepared on daily basis and submitted to GDL early morning. Doing data entry of all empty , import & export activities carried out in GDL. Preparing Mate Receipts.
