Our consultants are working for some of the major Fortune 500 companies. In consulting model you work for a consulting company as a Programmer Analyst (which involves lot of coding work and some designing). Project could be development or maintenance it’s difficult to say as in consulting we have multiple clients in multiple locations. The entire recruitment process & traveling cost will be borne by the company. The salary offered is based on 40 hrs a week and will be subject to clearance of the Technical Interview. The salary revision is done twice in a year. The first revision happens at the end of six months from the first project and the second at the end of six months from the first revision. You will have to work with the company for a minimum period of 1 year and enter into a service agreement for the same. A cheque of Rs.90,000 has to be provided by you to ensure that you travel on-site and also complete the one year tenure along with service agreement.
