Summary Description: The Data Integration Global Alliances Manager is primarily responsible for managing existing partnerships as well as building new relationships. This position will be predominantly focused on Data Integration which could include ETL, replication, data quality, Master Data Management (MDM), and application integration. Key functions of this position are: managing / building solid relationships with external ISVs and leveraging these partnerships internally within Teradata to drive resell and influence deals; Positioning these partners with the field, developing appropriate collateral and deploying key alliance solution content; Aligning partner solutions with key Teradata offers. It will be important for this person to work with several different stakeholders in managing and developing these alliances including; external partner alliance/marketing contacts, global industry consulting/solutions, sales, marketing, engineering, alliance managers, and professional services Key Areas of Responsibility: •Work with Internal Stakeholders to determine high priority alliances •Build alliances (joint sell, referral, resell relationships) with key ISVs •Manage contractual relationships with ISVs including driving ISV influence and resell deals with sales •Construct joint messaging with partners •Drive partner integration and optimizations for Teradata •Position partners with Sales and PS and Global Industry Solutions key offers •Grow partner business relationships Basic Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Computer Sciences •Understanding of Systems Integration, Data Integration, databases, MDM, and application architecture •Past experience in alliances, or managing customer executives or other 3rd party company personnel •Strong Teradata product and messaging background •Proven ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams •Project management skills •5+ years of successful industry experience in data-warehouse, data integration, analytical software or database areas" Preferred Qualifications: •MBA in Business Administration, Marketing or Computer Sciences •Strong relationship building skills •Proven strong oral and written communication skills •Enthusiastic, high-energy individual, self-starter and self-motivated **Please create a profile on www.ncr.com/careers and apply to requisition number 121785.
