Zenner and Ritter is a heating and air conditioning company responsible for installing, servicing and repairing HVAC equipment. We are a third generation family owned and operated company servicing the western New York area for over 75 years. We offer a casual work environment. We have a small office crew of about 7 employees including the Ritter Family who all work together to accomplish the company’s goals. Being family operated allows our company to be in tune to personal issues/problems employees may have. We are also very flexible with work schedules if need be. We are looking for someone to be our Installation Coordinator/Facilitator. This would be a full time position with working hours of 8am to 4:30pm. As Installation Coordinator you would follow the progress and paperwork required for each contract from the sale to the completion of the job. Selected employee should be comfortable with computers and data entry, as well as handling phones and general customer service. Our phone lines can get quite busy and we need someone who is comfortable on the phone. Requirements for this position are: * HS diploma * Available for a full time position * 3-5 years of experience in the HVAC field preferred * Good communication & organizational skills * General computer knowledge We offer a full employee benefits package including a 401K plan, health, dental, disability, and other insurances through AFLAC.
