Job_Description

· Provide technical support for client’s inquiry regarding GST product installation, usage, maintenance and trouble shooting through telephone calls or emails; · Visit client’s site to provide technical supports described above if needed; · Compile and maintain GST product documentations including product manuals, user guides and demo tools · Develop and conduct customer training for GST products at GST or at client site · Assist software testing before product release. · Provide Secondary supports for GST resale partners · Assist sales/marketing with product demo and promotion activities (web conference, web demo, on-site demo) · Project management for pilot programs · Oversee PO delivery and product deployment
