Who is Roger?

I was a corporate and tax law attorney in Frankfurt, Germany for over 11 years. My international experience as a management consultant covers general and project management, international contract negotiations, and start-ups/corporate establishment. From 1989-1996 I ran my own international management consultancy: GLOBAL BUSINESS SERVICES in Frankfurt, Germany, with branches in London, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Washington, D.C. I live in Boston since April 2000 and am CEO of Access Solutions, Inc. [ITC Software]

Selected Engagements

1995 Management of Sports Event

Planed, organized, and coordinated activities essential to convene national table soccer tournament in Germany for US client.

1993 Marketing of Licensing Rights

Organizational assistance to a Swiss client arranging an athletics tournament in Moscow, including world-wide monitoring of participant applications and comprehensive research, negotiation, and assistance regarding international marketing of license rights for television transmission and video production.

1992 Telemarketing

Complete set-up of inbound telephone marketing operation in Germany for an overseas client within seven days, including premises, installation of adequate telephone system, recruitment, tuition, and subsequent supervision of phone operators. Together with UK operation, GBS managed over 50 per cent of total turnover - GBS turnover share being DM 290 K - in this three-month project covering thirteen European countries.
