  RFP   .

There are still opportunities to actively participate in the organization of the Marco Polo Rally. The functions are scaleable. The rewards are enormous.

> Why Join the Team?

  • It is a once-in-a-lifetime challenge: An Armada of Ultralights flying from Paris to Beijing is nothing short of history in the making!

  • The organization needs economies of scale, to ensure that media and corporate marketing budgets will follow suite; funding from a variety of sources, such as tv- and video rights, can then be realized in a number of countries.

  • And because nothing can beat the tremendous personal satisfaction of achievement.

> Who can Join?

  • Whether you are a pilot, manager, consular official, lawyer, medical doctor, interpreter; in public relations, insurance, finances, merchandising, or in any field below, consider yourself a potential asset. Representatives of the provincial and municipal governments along the route are also invited to become actively involved in the organizing committee. Particularly Sponsorship Program Agents and Marketing Executives can secure important functions at this juncture.

> What can I contribute?

Small contributions count. Anyone can help us, for example, simply by

It takes no time at all, and makes a huge difference!

> Volunteers

Volunteer work is both exciting, and helps us with the selection of partners and associates.

  • You can perform minor, interesting tasks, or join up for small research or PR projects.
  • Our available resources are enormous. If you and the other pilots (or approx. 54 people) merely spend only 1 hr on this project every week (or less than 10 min. per day!), 27 full working days would accumulate each month. This potential should treble and quadruple in no time at all.
  • Of course, if your bottom-line contribution leads to a successful launch of the event, we will ensure that your get rewarded.

> Partners

These are full time members of the Team, with definite responsibilities for deliverables, and the greatest income potential. Also see > Agency Partner > Professional Fund Raising Partner

Those that are interested to commit will receive specific management- and marketing materials and tools which are available to the Marco Polo Rally:

Please contact the Rally Office to qualify for this confidential information.

> Third Party Consultants & Contractors

Pending firm sponsorship commitments, contractors are invited to quote their fees and services toward the itemization of our project plan.

> Honorary Members

These will include aviation experts, politicians, and pubic personalities.

> Coordination

I will ensure that our efforts are effectively organized, e.g. by breaking down the event into smaller tasks which are allocated to a precise project plan. The current framework is the Organization Structure. The world-wide public platform for our information exchange is the Project Forum.

> What are the rewards? Will I be paid?

Remuneration of your active involvement is contingent on your contribution to the bottom line, and a successful launch of the Marco Polo Rally. Fees are paid from committed sponsorship funds, merchandise sales, voluntary contributions, etc. Special promotions of your company, or organization, can be negotiated. Last not least, you will have the personal satisfaction of making aviation history.

> Join the Team now

Signing up does not oblige or bind your to anything. You will have the opportunity later on to enter into a binding commitment. Sign up as a pilot  Join the organizers

I tell you, we're going to be busy for a minute.
