Our initial assessment and rating will depend on the references you include in your sign-up.
 

1. In all my bids and without exception, I will identify myself as a registered Contractor and/or Programmer of "IT-Careernet.com, www.it-careernet.com/rad"

2. I will copy IT-Careernet on all business related correspondence with the client.

3. IT-Careernet charges programmers a 10% commission on referred projects only, as well as on repeat projects. If the client pays me directly, I will immediately transfer IT-Careernet its full commission to IT-Careernet's bank account.

4. As a safeguard for clients, IT-Careernet offers to hold their fees in escrow until the project is completed by you and signed off by him. If the client is not satisfied with your work, you also agree that IT-Careernet shall either return his money or pay you, depending on the decision of an official arbitration body. We reserve the right to send you a third party test inquiries to ensure your compliance. If you cheat or misuse our services we will pursue the matter to the fullest extent the law allows for both civil and criminal damages!
