At this point we are seeking an agency partner with international
appeal skilled in the PR, Advertising and Web Design arenas to help add
creativity and sophistication to our core content as we approach our sponsors.
Such an agency partner would benefit from the opportunity
to showcase their talent to our sponsor candidates in terms of solicitation
packaging. It would also afford them the platform to demonstrate their ability
to handle global PR work through an existing or project developed network
of national PR contacts through actual event driven PR projects as well
as joint sponsor PR conferences/events.
Ideally we would also like our agency partner to evolve
the event web site into a more commercial site and to take on the management
of that site until such time a web master is on board which will be tied
to sponsor funding.
All agency work would be billable and is estimated
at around $50k total for the sponsor solicitation package /presentation
work and $10K for web site redesign and temporary management. Additional
event PR and advertising work would be scoped out and budgeted based on
sponsorship funding response.
Worst case scenario, the agency will have made introductions
and established contacts in 8-36 major global companies with little more
than a cold call solicitation investment. A more likely scenario is that
the agency will have a self liquidating promotion in that they will have
all the benefit from the product showcasing and introductions and be paid
for it as well.
Payment will be contingent on sponsorship signing.
However the agency bill will be among the first paid from initial funds
received.
