  5. MPR is being assisted by volunteers, so called "Country Contacts", and other entities to promote the Rally worldwide, and to assist in the organization and implementation of the Rally event. No volunteer, or Country Contact has been granted the right by the organizer, Roger Krieger, to legally bind the organizer, MPR, its officers, employers, associates, agents, representatives, assigns, or related entities, in any manner whatsoever. Unless confirmed in writing by the organizer, Roger Krieger, you shall not rely on, or make any investments based on any statements made by MPR's Country Contacts, volunteers, and similar entities. Such reliance will be at your sole risk. If in doubt, ask the aforementioned entity for a notarized power of attorney or contact the Rally office at 43 Partridge, Lane, Carlisle, MA 01741, USA, for verification.

  6. MPR reserves the right, in the event of inadequate funding, an emergency or natural disaster, to cancel the event or to start at a later time.

  7. This Website contains hyperlinks to the other websites controlled by third parties. These links are provided solely as a convenience to you, and do not imply endorsement by MPR of or any affiliation with or endorsement by the owner of the linked site. MPR is not responsible for the contents or use of any linked site, or any consequence of making the link.
