In this mode according to setting of timer, the material (Fly Ash) filling started till the filling timer laps. Nov'04- Mar'05 Project : 'AUTOMATION of Body side Fixtures and Roof Framer for B376' Position : Sr. Project Engineer. Client : FORD INDIA (Chennai Plant). Description:- Developed Automation System for eight fixtures and one roof framer required to build a Body of B376 (Technical name of a car of Ford to be launched in Nov this year).These Fixtures are Pneumatically Controlled. The System Contains Various Distributed I/O's Connected through Profibus DP, Controlled by Siemens PLC S7-315-DP.Four Fixtures are for making Left Side of body and other four for right side of body. Roof Framer is for mounting the Roof of Car. Controlling Device is Step 7-300 series with DI/DO and Analog Cards, Also provided with Siemens WinCC (For monitoring and controlling the System) .The system provided here is Redundant System with Ethernet Connectivity.
