Achievement:- (a) Executive skills- I have 26 yrs of executive skills for which I have been trained and employed by my organization. My executive performance and achievements has endowed through regular promotions to senior level executive management. As a CEO of 1000 man organization; I was accountable for every aspects of its performances & output. (b) HR- I have handled the HR of up to 1000 personnel’s through motivational skill in my 26 years experience; having a min of different cultures & professionals. I have recruited, trained & ensured their placements in the principle of “right man for the right job”.
