Purchase Inventory Management System Description: This Project Totally Concerned with the ongoing Industrial Demand Chain that Industry are Used for Purchasing Items from the Purchasing Parties according to Planning Requirement for manufacturing Product This Software Manages All Sorts of Parties with there Product, the raw Material Required for Making Particular Product. The Software Fallows the Procedure in Following Way. As Per Requisition is made by Planning Department of Product the General Enquiries are made from Parties to supply Material to manufacture the required product, Analyzed the Data Sent by Parties and after that to the best suitable parties the Purchase Order (PO) is Placed, then Particular Party sent out the SRN (that is Supplier Received Note) to Company After on Receiving DC (Delivery Challan) with physical Material from the party, then the Stock Verification is done by the stock Department In Case all Stock is verified then the Stock is updated by the Material Received using the GRN (Goods Received Note) is Made to Stock Department,, if some material not satisfied then the PRN(Purchase Return Note) is made by stores Department which also updates all stock, when all the final shipment is done from the Party then the Party bill is made and passed Back to Accounts Department For Final Payment of Party.
