Project Description The objective of TAS DWH project is to build a Time Accounting Data Warehouse System that will facilitates the Senior Management of HCL T, Kolkata, to propel further toward achieving organizational goals and the strategies for providing decision support mechanism. Here, HCL Intra Office system is the major source of this TAS Data Warehouse system. The TAS Data Warehouse will provide the senior management with the power of analysis on past data from HCL Intra Office and thereby help them take the right decision at the right time.The requirements of TAS DWH emerge from in-depth analysis of business questions. The business questions will form the foundation of TAS DWH .The “HCL Intra Office”, “Employees revenue Access database” and “Employee Profile Access database” are the three source systems that will provide information to the TAS DWH. The business questions from these areas guide what measurements need to be considered against what hierarchy/dimension. Similarly, the “activity wise hours spent”, “Extra and Actual hours logged”, “Number of idle months”, “Revenue in $” are some of the examples of measurements. These measurements are extracted from the business questions. And in future some of these questions may lead to formulation of KPI at HCL T, Kolkata, in Organization level. 2) Project title Analysis of a random survey on Electro Magnetic Radiation Hazards.
