This involved the common Modules like the Internal Check, PF Accounts, Pension, Books, Traffic Accounts, Cash & Pay, and Finance etc. I am handling the project for Implementing & Customisation of the software in S.E Railway (Kharagpur Division) as per the Client requirements. Platform : Windows Advance Server 2000 / Unix Front-end Tool : Developer 2000 (Forms 6i & Reports 6i) Backend : Oracle 8i. Client : South – Eastern Railways. Role : Software Engineer Responsibilities: Developing and modifying Forms, Reports, Coding and Debugging of Stored Procedures. We are responsible for customising the application, so as to enhance the performance of the software. Creating Roles, Database Links, Granting Permissions to the users, and Giving Training to Users. #2. Software Technology Group. Bangalore. (Nov 2003 to May 2004) The organization is developing web-based software for clients primarily in Java and .Net Platform environment. PROJECTS ACCOMPLISHED: # Title: “Online Application Sharing Interface System” Online application sharing server is a web-based application where applications like word processors, spreadsheets, and presentation toolkits are hosted online and users can log in to the server and make use of the applications that are online. This eliminates the need to install applications on the user’s system. The modules worked upon were User Authentication and Application hosting and access. User authentication comprises web-based registration and authentication process. Application hosting includes development and hosting of applications using java beans in the interface of the Server. Language : Java 2.0. Backend : Oracle 8. Web Technologies : JSP, HTML, Java Script.
