Systems Engineers
SMA Inc. is looking for engineering
professionals capable of providing quality system engineering and
system integration agent engineering services to government agencies
and specifically the Department of Defense. Ideal candidates will be
expected to work in senior leadership teams and develop customized
solutions for system integration engineering issues and serve as the
technical integration agent for all matters relating to interface
requirements. Qualified applicants will become valued additions to
SMA Inc. and will enjoy all the benefits that come along with being
a member of our team. We are looking for professionals with a B.S/M.S.
EE/ME from an Accredited University with at least 10 years
experience in a related field. Prior experience with NAVSEA or
NAVAIR is ideal but not required.
Junior-Level Systems Engineers

Program Manager
The Program Manager will be
responsible for all aspects of IT Infrastructure delivery to the
client. Will be an active, value-added member of SMA Inc and our
customer's management teams, so must be able to provide expertise
and experience to complex and strategic issues. The ideal candidate
will be expected to apply critical thinking to solve complex
operational problems, actively participate as part of the senior
leadership team, pro-actively employ customized solutions, lead
process redesign/ re-engineering efforts as required, and manage
internal and external resources as one cohesive team. This position
requires a masters degree and 4-6 years experience in program
management.
Systems Architect
The Systems Architect is responsible
for designing creative and scalable software solutions that address
business/technical needs or challenges. The qualified candidate
should have strong analytical, technical, and leadership skills, and
will be involved in all phases of the development life cycle - from
analysis to implementation. May require a Masters degree in a
related IT field and at least 4-6 years of experience in the field
or a related area. The incumbent should have an understanding of
project management principles, systems integration, and
testing/deployment principles.
